Actly ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Actly mobile application and embeddable chat widget (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

Hashed account credentials, which are never stored in plain text.
Storage of chat data on Actly servers for the duration of your account.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
Chat messages and session data are retained while your account remains active.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Embedded Widget (Chat-Only Mode)
When the Service is embedded on third-party websites as a chat widget:
An anonymous user identifier may be automatically generated. No personal account is required.
Chat messages are processed in the same manner as within the full application.
The third-party website’s own privacy policy governs any data collected directly by that website. This Privacy Policy applies only to data processed by Actly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users by posting the updated policy within the Service and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
